She founded Clear Choice Insurance in 2010, which quickly expanded to Assurety Insurance and Risk Insurance Partners in Washington and Nevada with a focus on insuring contractor trades and small businesses. She is the agency principal and is involved daily in business operations with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and organizational consistency.
